Across these settings, I use data and evaluation to understand outcomes, identify gaps and test what is working. I combine evaluation design with quantitative and qualitative analysis to turn evidence into practical, more equitable improvements.
I love playing around with data. I also care about making analysis, research and evaluation more accessible to other people. These are some of the small tools I build to do that, from exploring data and running calculations to thinking through research and evaluation design.
I love building things that let students experience an idea rather than just read about it. AI has made it easier to turn a good teaching idea into something interactive, even without a coding background. Here are a few examples I've built for different courses, from demonstrations and self-reflection tools to interactive explainers.
