I have a PhD in psychology and have worked across education, student support, workplace learning and digital innovation. Across these settings, I use data and evaluation to understand outcomes, identify gaps and test what is working. I combine evaluation design with quantitative and qualitative analysis to turn evidence into practical, more equitable improvements.

Tools for educators

I love building things that let students experience an idea rather than just read about it. AI has made it easier to turn a good teaching idea into something interactive, even without a coding background.
